Anyone here in EPR? Been looking at these pullbacks for a new position. EPR has one of the higher yields in the REIT space for triple net leases and has increased its total payment from dividends by 10.7% annually over the past five years.

Formerly Entertainment Properties Trust, EPR is one of the older specialty REITs. It changed its name late last year to reflect an increasingly diversified portfolio that includes 180 properties like megaplex theaters, bowling centers and water parks in 37 states. Certainly seems to be a stable and growing area.

They recently began monthly dividends, which allows volatility capture better than quarterly dividends.
I wish this interest rate correction had come in April, since I had a huge amount of reinvestment in the middle of May ~
