Obviously as liberals kill off the blue states they will want to move on to places with growth rather than the stench of decay and rot they caused. As they try to overrun conservatives they will bid up property values even as the values in the liberal hellholes they are leaving plummet. You are probably right that conservatives will see the opportunity of excessive valuations and move to the cesspools that liberals left behind and rejuvenate them as the liberals destroy what conservatives have built.
