I covered my short position today. On another matter, while I think your attempt to secure a board seat is admirable and well-deserved, I am concerned that any emphasis on the "unaccountability" of the LG directors will be counterproductive. The LG directors do own stock: 30+ million shares. I know of no company where there is a majority shareholder which does not have substantial board representation. I think that if you present the case that somehow your shares are more important than LGE's, then your efforts will be dismissed as naive and insulting. Also, the notion of having the new President appoint the board is the very thing the Business Week article was arguing AGAINST.
