I'm thinking of selling this one for the tax loss - where is the future for this co? is it the hair care products? Or the wound bandages? or something else? I understand there is new mgmt on board - is this good or bad?

The NASDAQ has volume requirements in addition to price requirements. Obviously with heavy volume the stock would maintain its listing. In fact, a reverse stock split would keep Procyte above $1. No need to worry yet about delisting.
