Scalia is such a transparent fool....

I've concluded he's much worse. And hoping that he will so publicly embarrass himself in these tirades-from-the-bench that he will render himself ineffective. The Times had a brief article, online, yesterday, on the fact that Kagan and Sotomayor were beginning to challenge him publicly. From the bench. Good.
