Audited financials ARE out. The shareholders at the meeting received the audited financials. The company couldn't fax the whole audited financials so they faxed the sheets that everyone received. They are in the process of packaging the audited financials now for mailing to the shareholders. When they were discussing financials, I thought that they were referring to those faxed sheets.
