Patrick

Ok...great...let see how it plays out....

I wanted to sell my calls this morning....felt it ran up too much..looked at a few other things. ..thought I should do it

then didnt trust myself

and didnt do it..

and BAM it got me

One thing about a mechanical system....you do what it tells you...and none of this feely stuff and no second guessing

Since I have a profit , I have an order in to sell at the day high..now of course it will be the second test of that level..and my luck it will blow through...but I will still take the profit and run

Hi Patrick,

I've been catchin up on all your posts concerning the PREM, reading with interest. I called up a chart of today's PREM and drew a horizontal line at the fair value mark of 1.92. The PREM has definetly been spending much longer periods above the line than below it. Do you have any expectation for this afternoon based on this fact?

Along the same lines, if the prem has been mostly above fair value for an hour or so like this AM from 10:30 to 11:30, does this hint at anything important?

Your posts on prem have really provoked some serious thought and interesting posts. Thanks.

Esteban
