Betty , actually the stock be given to the new Units buyers is less than 3.40$ when you factor in the fair value of the warrant included in the Unit.....I dont have the details in front of me but that warrant is probably worth at least 1 dollar if I remember correctly, which would mean the actual stock price is closer to $ 3.15..............;^)

The 750,000 sounds about the amount left in Cal Asic hands after the settlement. It could be those shares are restricted and they shorted to lock in profits. When the restriction is lifted, they will turn in their shares. That would not result in any new buying either.

I suppose it is possible that this "Swiss financial institution" getting 1 million shares of JMAR might have something to do with the sudden shorting of 750,000 shares.
