LA Gear included, every case is unique in its own right which matters greatly if, when and how they get resolved. SGI's current legal issue is totally different and <imho> a matter that gets handled by SGI -in or out- of court asap. Back to LA Gear. That's a bancruptcy case I think, which can take forever given creditor battles an the like. Mathon
