Brett: If this were true, then how on earth have the plaintiffs lawyers made a -king's ransom of a living- each year orchestrating these hideous schemes???

LA Gear included, every case is unique in its own right which matters greatly if, when and how they get resolved. SGI's current legal issue is totally different and <imho> a matter that gets handled by SGI -in or out- of court asap.

Back to LA Gear. That's a bancruptcy case I think, which can take forever given creditor battles an the like.
