Heard it this morning. that's the 1/2 hour stop. The 1 hr stop is 20% down. Gulp!

On CNBC they announced the new changes. An analyst from BT Alex Brown (who I believe was once a governor on the floor or some other officious position with the SEC) said that it is better to have a "speed bump"than to close down the highway.
