I see. Sounds like an ok plan. MIC = military industrial complex. I think we need to see the word "aquaculture" in a different light. i.e all the worlds oceans are in fact just a large pond we can grow some fish in. Its one of the few truly growth opportunities out there and there is plenty of demand to fuel expansion and wealth creation. Land based agriculture is fairly well maxed out. Some history of the sorry state we are in. Its one of those projects that could start small ... say all the coastal waters of the UK... and size up the business to include the whole planet. Maybe we need to jail all the stoopid people farting around printing money, creating record debts, and talking financial BS. We really dont need it with the worlds population at 7 bil and soon to be 8 bil. Lots of job creation opportunities out there. -g-
