Joseph, if it makes sense to you, then I guess you should load up on more COMS. I find the whole situation troubling. We don't know how modems are selling, except statements like from Janice Roberts, who said in an interview, "Modem sales are strong, just not as strong as we expected them to be". And "Growth in SE Asia has gone from 50% to zero". Well that's reassuring. And "As the industry is maturing, we're not going to see the kind of growth we've seen in past years". But the biggest thing that is troubling to me is that this company simply has been having a very difficult time making any money. After that gargantuan "one time" write-off last qtr, I expected that any transition expenses were taken care of with the charge. Now we see that is not the case. DK
