Keeping a business spin on your comments: I would only add that making false statements about future positive earnings of your company will, in fact, get your company in deep kimchi. Yes, being wrong IS a fact of life which is -exactly- why insiders are so restricted with what they can or can not say. And "being wrong" is not an excuse bought so easily in investor circles these days.

As far as inside managers being "perfect creatures". Yes, I would venture to say that's exactly how the Investor Relations Department prefers them to be.
