They cause gaps in either direction,, we much check the movement of the %bulls news, for the direction...

What is means that the bubble to burst for the rally to resume is 14089.. is a very important level... that level was market 9 times in the header by my sentiment indicator ( new record I think),,,, When the market will pass this 14089 then an army of people will run after the market to buy....
