Dear XIN, We had some really great times together, but issuing a $200 million bond for 13% in the US when you have cash and plenty of cheap financing in China doesn't make any sense to me. And yes maybe you will find genius property investments that will justify the 13% yield, but I will not be sticking around to find out. I was planning to stay married to you with a small position through thick and thin, but issuing expensive capital is like spousal abuse in my book. I can't tolerate it. And the fact that you are so far away in China doesn't help matters. Thank you for all the dividends and great capital appreciation through the years, and I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours. It was nice knowing you. Your former investor, MC
