GAME catalyst is being taken private by entity-formerly-known-as-SNDA. I really expected them to do this last year. I'm a bit concerned that they did not. Clearly it could be a take-under since SNDA already owns huge supermajority.

This is why investment in PWRD should be avoided or kept to small position: finance.yahoo.com With stock hugely underpriced, they take the money and invest it into a fricking VC fund. Talk about confidence in your own company. How about spending this money to buy back shares? Or even to pay out a divvie - although I would vote with two hands to buy back tons of shares. Nah.
