Sand Bros. are the same people who upgraded QNTM on Nov. 13, while QNTM was trading @ 26-28. Either they were stupid on that day or today?!

I would agree with you on QNTM. But same does not apply to WDC and SEG even though their PE may be similar as QNTM at present.
