What? We liberals have been complaining about his openness to this for YEARS! Chained CPI, which is a horrendous idea, has been in boldface on his website.

Where have you been the last six years?

Steve's been crowing for the last three about Obama cutting Social Security benefits and Romney and Ryan were trumpeting Obama's "$700 billion in Medicare cuts." Come on, man. Did those things not happen?
