Yes. Again with all due respect to people who use TA*, TA should only play a very secundary role in investment decisions. I stick to fundamentals and clasical valuation tools.

*Professor Malkiel(sp?) in his book a random walk down wall street says he has not met the first rich [pure] technical analyst [i.e., chartist]. The idea is that information is pretty much reflected in stock prices and information comes randomly so future price fluctuations are random and independent of previous ones. The paterns don't tell you much.....

Even though I agree 100% with your views,and I stick to that strategy,
I sure would love to have move my short position from BFIT to SLOT a couple weeks ago. That is a real short. i try to catch them when they are hot. Like ZITL at 60 or JBIL at 70.
