It is a fact that this man does not understand negotiation, he does not understand that as president, he can't just shout and wave his hands and get his way like a little kid. He got by with that on health care reform, and it is proving to be an absolute disaster. Can you imagine a truly great president like Reagan or GWB not even getting a budget enacted? Can you imagine that? I can't. This is a fundamental operation of government and Obama not only hasn't done it, he hasn't TRIED to do it. The man is grossly incompetent to be in the WH and the sequester is just a tiny example of a pattern of behavior that is totally unbelievable for an American president.
