Had a brief discussion with Fred Betz---Names of PP shareholders will be released in S-3 filing currently in process with SEC. CD sales numbers will be announced with 2nd quarter figures, sometime in the first part of February. Y2 revenues will be showing up sooner than anticipated in 2nd quarter but 3rd quarter will be when the biggest portion starts kicking in. Jan

Out of lurker land for a quick post -- Now that PP is done -- I just want to confirm what TokyoMex reported earlier -- He and I along with a very big U.S. player (who can't be disclosed) were actively pursuing taking out the entire PP -- the DD on such a play could not be done fast enough to meet the company's timeline to move the PP. All I can say is that everything Mex has said about the PP -- is exactly what I was hearing from the company as well -- There are very real people looking at picking up big chunks of this stock -- Including the undisclosed person mentioned above -- who is continuing DD as we speak and looking at coming in and buying at the market if he continues to like what he sees. Now back to lurking.... Trippi
