bw, keep in mind that the money that will pump the drillers back up are those that pumped it up and drowned it down in the past. Asia is very least on my concern to the drillers price movement. External factors more likely to influence drillers price movement short term are Iraqi and energy (particularly gas) prices.

I typically don't check these factors. Jimmy Rogers says it best: "don't watch the fed, watch the market. The market will tell you the direction, not the fed". Similarly, these factors are just excuses and we tend to find them talked about after the facts.
