Phil: I follow IDBEF for Westergaard Online (www.westergaard.com/Med/biotech.html). I was very bullish on the company too, even in the face of the slide in Canadian markets. However, speaking as someone who has actually tried to develop a gp120 loop inhibiting AIDS vaccine, I can tell you that this one is most likely a loser. It disturbs me that IDBEF will spend scarce resources on its development. I continue to see promise in the diagnostics and other vaccine areas the company is pursuing. A distribution agreement or other news from the Lehman initiative will really drive the stock short term. FJ Abella
