A very good source told me today that ATP has missed the March 3 deadline for production at Clipper. It seems they didnt schedual the inspection by BSEE in time and that there is a problem with a chemical injection pump. (Surprise?). First production now estimated in 3-7 days.

your source appears to be correct.
