A very good source told me today that ATP has missed the March 3 deadline for production at Clipper. It seems they didnt schedual the inspection by BSEE in time and that there is a problem with a chemical injection pump. (Surprise?). First production now estimated in 3-7 days. your source appears to be correct. kccllc.net PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Bidding Procedures attached as Exhibit 1 to the Bidding Procedures Order (the “Bidding Procedures”),the Debtor hereby advises the Court and the Notice Parties that first-production for oil from the Clipper Well was not achieved on or before March 3, 2013.
