Tom D. "Quick FA" USBG... After careful reading of the Q. "reading between the lines" does raise some red flags. I was a bit concerned that USBG does no actual work (gets contracts, subcontracts, takes a cut) every one is related. Too many "named" companies, in and out of business, selling and buying from each other...officers paid with restricted stock and options. Loans of cash, stock, due on demand, major customer is gov't in NY. Tech's are great, THANKS DAVE H., Will join in the watch for now. Ken W
