If House Republicans still block it, I'd make 2014 a referendum on it and them, and do whatever I could to take back the House.


Yeah, but it's going to be tough...the reps have gerrymandered congressional districts as to make them impenetrable. What else does one make of a country where the president wins with a convincing majority but congress remains in the hands of the opposition party?
