I am not of age to withdraw the funds. Each unit will have after expense cash flow of $1000 a month and there should be plenty of money sitting in the bank of the self directed IRA to pay for unexpected expenses.I have tended to invest in the right places over the years,do you have better areas you would put your money?A 10% perpetual return with principle preservation seems like a pretty good deal,no?
