I'm not fighting the Fed, but not "all in", either.
As long as the Feds pump money into the system
and interest rates are essentially zero or negative,
money will go into equities for better returns(divs).

It's a difficult market to understand, atm. If you bail
too soon, you will be left behind. If you hang in there,
you may get burned in short order. Other than divs
and cap gains on stocks, returns are zero. (Not
considering real estate, metals and hard assets.)

If anyone figures it out for certain, please let me know!

TA got me out 18 months early in 2007. It was difficult
to hold cash, but bought back in late in 2008 and early
2009. Now there is nowhere to 'hold' cash, and Soc.
Sec. is looming larger every day.
