Opened up 1 point. PaineWebber upgrades Dresser Industries (DI) to a buy rating from attractive. Up almost 1.5 points today. sure, you obviously sell when sentiment is going the other way on the most simplistic basis. The question is WHEN? NObody's charts were saying to buy 2 weeks ago in this sector, yet if you had, you'd have lost $$. Not as easy as you seem to claim. Maybe you have the nach though? I'm pessimistic about the S-T at this point after SLB and HAL failed to stay above their 50-day moving average. I hope this isn't a buy signal? Good Luck and come back and see us! -Lucretius
