What is it about this stock that makes people so passionate? Micron Tech, Trident Semi, and Aliance Semi are all semiconductor companies, yet I never see this vehement arguing going on. Its like the Cabbage Patch Doll fever that took over a few years ago.

Someone a few responses back said that this is a good company even if it takes till 2005. I agree with this totally. Generally long term holds pay off in the end providing they are watched closely and don't collapse.

As far as using past data to project future earnings, this is effectively useless when dealing with a small tech company like this. One never knows whats going to happen quarter to quarter. The best one can do is analyze the the company, the management, the market for its products long term, and its stock price vs earnings. If it looks good, buy it. If not, sell it. But I'm no trader, so my comments probably don't apply to short term trading. I just look for buying ops in any stock.
