I believe Bill Clinton clearly used that term, and it is, of course, consistent with my own assessment of Obama from well before the publication date of the book: Clinton called Ed Klein a liar about this particular incident and your opinion is meaningless, considering your political bent....btw, Richard Pearle said a similar thing of bush when he first met him...I think he referred to his mind as a "blank slate"...a dangerous state, as we later learned.
