More bullshit.......Brazil is getting a loan of 10-12 billion from the U.S. Export-Import Bank with the loan guaranteed by the US......the loan must mostly be used to buy oil drilling equipment and supplies from the US..... Soros has nothing to do with it..... That story broke in 09..... The Keystone pipeline is not blocked.....
