<Talk about a straw dog. I am betting Activision won't get to first base with this idiotic logic.>
I concur with you on this one. Besides if MPRS bought the original rights from Avalon Hill how can ATVI possibly claim any right to the license. Trying to say MPRS used a variation of the word Civilization is a bogus argument, since why would they have bothered seek to purchase the license in the first place if it wasn't their intention to protect the name "Civilization" itself. Obviously an idiotic and unscrucuplous corporate bottomfeeder is responsible initiating this sorry attempt on ATVI's part to steal MPRS's licensed franchaise. I personally find ATVI CEO Kotick's behavior deplorable and indicitive of a desperate attempt to survive in a consolidating market.
Cheers
