i have never really watched this PREM thing that closely

the number was suppose to be .38 according to the site for sell programs

we were at least at .55 when I saw it

did we ever go to .38...if not then you have got something worth looking at because we are bouncing back up on the prem

Similar to T/A, until it stops making lower lows and lower highs it would be considered bearish in my camp. (no pun intended). <e>
