I would think that it’s safe to assume that there will be all the industry expertise one could ask for within the group which is (supposedly) putting up the $25 Bil. I also suspect that while Mr. Black’s financial contribution will likely be relatively small, he will be invaluable as the “perfect” front man / poster child as the loyal / dedicated BC'er the (his) media portrays him as. Not saying that this project will ever see the light of day. Just saying that it has a better chance than any project with ties to the obviously oh so disliked oil industry. Maybe, just maybe Mr. Black has some native roots going back a gazillion generations ... ??? Nah, couldn’t be. That would be just too perfect. LOL
