It is a done deal.. What we vote won't matter..

If any thing, I am more upset about all the options that are given out to management and even there unless you have the institutions on your side, it passes.. I have been at it for a while I have yet to see it make any difference once they announce it.. In this case, I think it is the institutions who want a big ratio..

Any case, we will find out by month end..

I voted For the reverse.. I want the shares to count towards available margin so I can leverage them since I have no plans to sell them any time soon.. Let's see how this turns out..

For now, I am more concern about them meeting the production targets this year at Shafter and La Negra..
