I see, so the JavaScript manual I've been using for the past year is correct: Java and JavaScript are not the same. That's not to say that I'm not scratching my head over who ever suggested otherwise. Then again, the "C has pointers" revelation by D.R. II should have prepared me for that. I am considering writing a book called "Master the Crashingly Obvious in 21 Days" and I am hoping to include excerpts from this forum.
