No, I'm not wrong. It is merely a matter of meeting the criteria for 'good cause' which isn't nearly as difficult as it sounds. If you take a pay cut, don't get a raise you were promised, have your hours cut back, your shift changed, your work location is moved, there are literally hundreds of escape clauses, and the appeals process almost ALWAYS favors the employee.
