<we should get a confirmation of that soon through WaveTech>

You may have answered my buyout question, Sycamore. If the majors
have seen some (or all) of the WaveTech analysis and it shows 2-4
billion barrels of potential reserves (not the 1.1 billion as was
originally estimated by the previous analyst), then the major may
know that AIPC shares would rise to their new value based on the
release of the WaveTech analysis. The fact that Millenium and Dr.
Faris have not yet released the new estimates is why the share
price continues to hover around $5. If I factor in the potential
stock price (say $10-$20) based on the release of the WaveTech
analysis, then a buyout is not necessarily the best method to get
the concession rights. However, if the WaveTech analysis is not
yet complete, then it's my opinion that AIPN is possibly at risk
for a buyout. Any hostile buyout would, as Taxi said, prove (to
some extent) that the oil exists and would raise the stock price
significantly. Of course, Dr. Faris could also dilute the stock
by issuing more shares. The bottom line is maybe I should not be
so concerned about the buyout, as I should be about when WaveTech
will complete their analysis and when AIPC will release the results
to the public. Soon would be a very good answer!!

Thanks to all for responding!
