This was not just stock. I bought an investment home, and sold 1.5 years later for $100K more than purchase (location, location, location). Also, we have a very agressive savings rate (near %20%). BORL has nearly doubled, as has CGRM. The rest of my holdings are not bragging material yet!

I am seriously considering GMGC as a cheap speculative play with good upside potential (currently 1.75). BORL has moved from my risky holdings to solid performers. I am looking for the next BORL (cheap, risky, good potential). And I am still looking for a good opportunity to lose the BORL Jan 98 10's.

Two questions for anyone:

#1:

I don't hear much about VSGN on this board regarding potential sales and contracts, or other revenue-generating activities. Seems to me this is pretty important because such revenues are now essentially Borland's. Also, VSGN's success (or lack thereof) should have some affect on Borland's stock price. Any news or comments here?

#2:

Good closing volume today, over 200,000 shares on basically up-ticks in last 15 minutes. Also, 260 contracts traded on the Jan 10s. If these options trades occurred in about the same timeframe, could mean something is up. Anyone have any ideas?
