While far from ideal, it was more justified in 2007
There was no more reason to extend it for 2013 than there was for continued QE
Anyone still defaulting in 2013 is doing it less out of need and more out of opportunity to take advantage of the incentives.
But as long as the police are hosting the party, who's going to stop it?
