US report today... HUGE shift in use of public transit in the US.. HUGE increases in big metro centres.. old consumptions number for NA.. dropping... fast..

  • watch a flic
  • surf the net (lots of transit providing free WiFi.).
why drive and increase BP...

Americans "only" used 19 million barrels a day last year, and that will drop as the 2025 CAFE standards begin to be phased in for light duty motor vehicles. I'm not saying US will become self sufficient but oil imports could continue to decline for years into the future strongly affecting balance of payments and the economy.
