It is surprising to see that all of a sudden they only need 1/3 the $$ that they originally planned. Perhaps they actually expect to bring in $$ from the warrants.

So what is the value of that warrant? You have to factor that into the price of the unit and subtract it out to determine the effective issue price of the stock, no?..............;^)
