Does anyone have any idea how much exposure LU has to Asia? I can't remember exactly, but it I THINK I read somewhere that it was NOK.A who had 25% of their business in Asia and that was going to cause the slowdown for them.

I was told by someone that after the spin-off from AT&T, LU was/is prevented from purchasing companies via stock swaps (i.e. pooling of interests) for a period of time. This limits them to paying cash for companies.

So: a) Does anyone know if LU is in fact currently under this restriction
b) When is the restriction to be lifted.

If anyone knows, please post.
