Rule of Thumb!

I have found over the years the most important thing to learn
about the market is:

The price valuation of a stock is based on the following.

70 percent of a stocks valuation is based on the overall market direction.

20 percent of a stocks value is based on the sector or industry the stock is in. In favor or out of favor.

10 percent of a stocks value is based on the stock itself.

What does this mean, you determine how you can use it.

I do all of my trading and investing based on this principal..

Of course all situations do not follow this.

But it is a better guide then anything else I have ever seen.

Right it down and follow it and you might make some money.

Regards
Don
