Evil people are everywhere, Z.

But they aren't evil. Look at i-node. He summed it up when he said he doesn't give a shit about anybody else until his family is provided for. Given you can always convince yourself that you still don't have enough, this is all it takes.

That doesn't make them evil. Just a little sociopathic. And we all have a touch of it. Some more than others.

Here is the problem, though. It hurts the rest of the country. It limits our competitiveness, it damages our economy and limits social mobility, particularly upwardly. Our social mobility is lower than most of the European countries. It is almost as low as that famously class conscious country, Great Britain. And much lower than the Nordic countries. It isn't getting better, but worse as time goes on.

The America you are talking about cannot exist under present circumstances.

Yes, and when their actions and desires hurt hundreds of millions of other people, we should do nothing about it?

>You seem to really hate billionaires in general.

You are doing nothing but throwing platitudes at me. I didn't say I hate them... there are a couple with whom I have personal relationships that I actually like for the most part. But there's not one of them that I've ever known where I'd say -- "Oh, that guy got there only because he worked so much harder than everyone else and was so much smarter."

You don't think you work hard enough or have the right positive values to be a billionaire?
