Boy Pushes Girl Out of Moving School Bus: DOE

School administrators are investigating after a disabled girl was thrown out the back door of a moving school bus by an alleged bully.

The Department of Education confirms that the principal of the Brooklyn Children's School, a private school for disabled students, is setting up meetings with the parents of the children involved in the dispute last Friday.

Authorities say one matron was on the bus at the time.

The 13-year-old girl told the Daily News that one student had been spitting on her and tossing books at her, and a matron told her to move to the back of the bus to get away.

After she did, she said, another boy came at her and pushed her out the back door. He also fell out the door with her.

She broke her collarbone in the fall, the News said. She was treated at Brookdale University Hospital.

Officials said the boy who pushed her is being disciplined and may be placed on another bus route.

He didn't make a gun out of a Pop Tart. No need to call the police.

Another bus??? Are they insane? I think he abused his bus riding privileges and needs to find an alternate way to juvenile detention. He doesn't belong in school or on the bus.
