<<Well for one thing Mr. King for those of us that live north of

a long distance call, or simply ask the questions on this thread.

Sorry Wayne, I did not take that into account when I stated the phone call was free. I do not know how much you have invested, but I am sure it is enough to warrant a $3.00 or even $10.00 phone call. With that call you will get financial statements. You can give your address to facilitate notifying you of upcoming issues. You will be able to talk to a live person who represents the company - not a second hand interpretation. He will tell you much more than you ask for. You do not have to ask questions beyond giving your address and fax number if you feel your investment is not worth a couple more hard earned dollars.

The only hitch is it will take a little initiative. I hope that is the reason you purchased the stock in the first place - because you did some research on your own time. You made an investment with your time, then you found the investment was sound enough to put money in. Now I am asking you to invest a small amount more (money and time) in a phone call.

Although most of the postings are indeed backed up by Mike, per his words, there are a few people that misunderstood what was said. Which is understandable. When you were young, did you ever play that game where everyone stands in a circle, and you start out with a statement whispered in the first person's ear, who then whispers it in the ear of the second person, on and on till it gets all the way around the circle, only to find out the statement is now something entirely different than the original statement?

If you or anyone here feels the slightest bit of discomfort at what is happening with the stock, I implore you to quit posting negative comments about the company until you have called the company, spoken to Mike, and read the financials. If at that point you have a comment, post it, and we can all work together to draw a conclusion.

In the meantime accept the fact that there is obvious stock price manipulation that has no basis relative to the fundamental aspects of the company.

Still sunny and extremely happy with his investment, in Santa Monica,
Warmest Regards,
Forest
