Microsoft headed back to court Friday www5.zdnet.com WASHINGTON - Microsoft Corp. confronts the Justice Department again on Friday in U.S. Federal District Court, fighting charges it used monopoly power to muscle PC makers into dumping a Web browser manufactured by rival Netscape Communications Corp. The government says Microsoft is violating the agreement by tying the purchase of its Windows 95 operating system to its Internet Explorer Web browser, forcing out the once-dominant Netscape. --- Like I said before this is a no brainer if MS wins then my guess is their is some hanky panky behined the scene.
