I believe the announcement to be very good news. I was a little concerned about dilution, but now we won't have as much dilution, and JMAR states that they got enough money to invest in BriteLight products.

I bought a little more at 3 3/8 and wish I could buy more, but I'm tapped out.

I guess it may be a coincidence that the stock dipped to 3.40 the day before the annoucement of the placement, but given the price and the timing I have to wonder.

THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES - somebody knows something and it ain't us - this crap happens all the time - you see it day in and day out - the big money is always privy to everything and joe blo shareholder takes it up the you know what while scratching his head wondering what the heck is going on

this whole offering to a foreign fund stinks of Reg S type goings on right down to the shorting aspect to lock in a profit - the least JMAR could have done was to prevent this Swiss outfit from pulling any of this crap if they indeed did so to lock in their profits - they're probably banking on the warrants over the long haul.

i am not a happy camper to say the least - still holding my JMAR and
some JMARWs - will try to salvage what i can of the Ws

my backside is a bit sore today
